I have unwanted hair...
Yes, I have some hair around my chin area, and it is driving me crazy! After, the constant plucking, which caused my skin to scar, I decided to take matters seriously.
I booked an appointment to get electrolysis performed on my chin and maybe upper lip area.
I think it is needless to say that I am terrified!
I am now doing a bunch of research, and it seems that my constant tweezing resulted in me having scars around my problematic area. ( Check out http://www.electrolysis.ca), but the good news is that if it is done correctly, the hair will be permanently removed!
Now, I have an extremely low tolerance for pain, therefore, I packed some Advil which I will be popping in my mouth 45 minutes before the session.
Many people say it is best to do the first session with no meds or anesthetic creams. I am a wimp, so I will pop some pills (Advils) but I decided to go without the cream for today.
I will let you all know how it goes!
Oh, and I am going to:
Profity Coiffure and Esthetique
150 du portage
Gatineau, Quebec
I am going there since I work at the same building and it's so convenient, and the prices are not too bad:
Electrolysis
One Hour: 40$
30 minutes: 22$
15 minutes: 15.50$
5 minutes: 7.50$
disposable needle: 1.75$

For nearly a century women have been vexed by the prospect of leg hair removal. Early leg-hair removal manners were quite painful, however things have improved for ladies over time. Heat the wax, apply it to the hairy area with a stick and cloth, then rip the hair right out at the root in one fell swoop.
