As I promised, I am going to start to add articles about Nail Care. We all know, that nails gets plenty of attention we talk and meet people. I always tend to look at a women's
manicure or a men's state of fingernails.
Often, our nails can indicate our general health and hygiene. If I see a guy with ragged nails with gunge under his fingernails, I have the impression that he is not clean. ( I know you should not judge a book by it's cover, but the first impression is important!)
I used to waste a lot of money paying people to take care of my nails. However, I quickly realize that apply gel or acrylic is not the best method to promote growth and health. In fact, I always got negative results once I removed the fake nails.
My nails were brittle, weak and prone to break even if I was careful!
I decided to start my journey, and for those who are interested, hop on board and get ready for the ride!
Here is my basic nail regime I am currently following:
Wash hands with mild soap, using a nailbrush.
- Soak the hands in warm water for a few minutes to soften the cuticles.
- Gently push back the cuticles.
- Trim the nails to the same length (hard part since my nails have varying lengths!)
- File the ends of the nails to smooth them off.
- If your hands are dry, apply some hand cream. ( I apply hand cream throughout the day!)
My number one problem with my Nail Regimen is to prevent myself from biting my nails! Ack! It's so hard for me, but I am improving!
Pictures of your nails will be needed! I want to see some before and afters!

I think that your nail article is great. I will begin a fingernail guide also, but mine will be based on the "how to deal with your fingernails while in stress periods". Anyway. I like your post about how to keep your nails clean, and how to mantain their hygene. Congratulations for the good looking site, and for the original posts. Bookmarked, and i will come back to read more.

Nails are an essential part of hands and should be care on a daily basis. Our nails are designed to protect the fleshy fingertip and help us manipulate small objects. we do not need a lot of time, products or money to have georgeious nails. Just keep them healthy and they will look fantastic. ensure that nails are clean and dry, free of any oil or lotion, before applying polish remove any old polish from nails.

Where recently I have found one site where It deals with gel nails, UV metallic gel, nail care, nail art, nail techs We can use nail gel brush for nail art including that can use it to mix the acrylic liquid and crystal powder and due to this nothing harm will happen to us. I thought It would be helpful to any one.
